Week 4: Emotions Album (Surprise)

This weeks emotion was "Surprise"! This one stumped me a little, as I'm not one that likes surprises. But I like to surprise others... so that's what I ran with! This is my page & insert for this emotion...

This is one that I did for our Disney Vacation Album. I'm doing 8x8 albums for this trip to (hopefully) save a little $$ on supplies & photo enlargements.

Week 3: Emotions Mini Album - Happiness

This weeks emotion is HAPPINESS!



WOW I didn't realize how long it had been since I've updated here! I have been scrapping, but I can't post the layouts. I am creating them for the "Crowned" contest at http://www.scrapdango.com/ and one of the rules is we can't post our layouts anywhere until after the contest is over. We are in week 3 and, even if I don't win, I am pleased with my creations so far. :-)


I have been sick for the past 2 weeks and it's getting old!! It started with a terrible cough and now I'm getting it in my head too! I am SO ready for some nice warm weather so I can throw open all the windows and send the germs packing!!!

Week 2: Emotions Mini Album Class "Love"

This weeks emotion is "Love"! I was immediatly inspired and this is my page...

Week One: "Emotions" Mini Album

Well, the assignment for Week One was to create the Cover & Title Page for our Emotions Mini Album. I chose a small 6x6 pocket mini album as mine, so I don't have room for a cover page, but I did create my cover.

Playing a bit more with digi...

I have been playing with my PhotoShop & some digi kits (some downloaded on-line & some I have CD's for). I made these quick, simple layouts today using a kit frin a CD by Digital Scrapbook Memories. The more I learn what my PhotoShop can do, the more I'm liking this Digi Scrapbooking! Don't get me wrong though... it'll never replace my paper scrapping!

No School Today... Again!!!

Well, thanks to an ics storm that moved through last night, there is no school again today. Thankfully, it's warming up a bit and it's just raining now. Lots of laundry & chores to do today... kids aren't happy about that! LOL
